One of the talents created by Yemen, and one of the brilliant ambassadors of Yemeni football, he appeared remarkably with the dean of the Yemeni clubs, which made him start his foreign career early, where he played in many different leagues, and achieved achievements at the local and Gulf levels.

He is one of the Yemeni flying birds, the attacking midfielder, Ayman Salah Abdullah Al-Hajri, who was born on February 3, 1993. He began his football career at the age of fifteen, with the youth of Shaab Ibb Club in the 2007/2008 season, and was promoted directly to the first team, for which he played from From 2008 to 2011, which was the year during which he had his first professional experience, as he moved to the Iranian club Traktor, which is nicknamed the Red Wolves, but in the same year he returned to Shaab Ibb to participate with them in the 2011/2012 season.

In the 2012/2013 season, Al-Hajri had his first professional experience in the Gulf, where he moved to the Bahraini Najma Club, and from there in 2013 to the Omani Al-Shabab Club, in a very short experience, from which he moved in the 2013/2014 season to Bahrain’s Riffa, with which he only lasted one season. He then moved to Al-Najma Club again in the 2014/2015 season.

In the 2015/2016 season, Al-Hajri had an experience with the Saudi Stars Club, which is active in the First Division League, and in the following season 2017/2018, he moved to the Indian League from Shillong Lajong Club, with whom he participated in 11 matches, then in 2018 he moved to the Qatari League, where he joined Muaither Club, and in the 2022/2023 season, the Iraqi Newroz Club announced its contract with the Yemeni international, for one renewable season, coming from the Egyptian club Al-Tersana, to which he had moved in the 2020/2021 season.

At the international level, Al-Hajri has represented 3 national teams since 2011, where he played for the U-20 team in 2011/2012, and played 4 matches with them, during which he did not score any goals, while he represented the U-23 team, and participated in 5 matches, scoring 3 goals, as well as he also represented the first team since 2011, and had unforgettable marks with the national teams, as he contributed to deciding many matches for all categories of the national teams, putting his name on the list of top scorers for the Yemeni teams.
