Saudi Al- Nasr Club announces the dismissal of Rudi Garcia

The Saudi Al-Nasr Club announced the dismissal of French coach Rudi Garcia due to the decline in results, according to what Al Asemah Club announced on its official website.

Al-Nasr Club, which includes Portuguese star Cristiano Ronaldo, wrote through its official Twitter account: “The Al-Nasr Club management has officially decided to end the contractual relationship with the first-team coach, Mr. Rudi Garcia. We appreciated all the efforts he made we wish him success.”

Al-Nasr included Ronaldo at the end of last year for two and a half seasons, hoping to lead the team to regain titles that were absent from three years.

Al-Nasr Club is three points behind leaders Ittihad Jeddah, seven rounds from the end.

The club announced that Croatian Dinko Yelicic (49 years old), technical director for the ages groups, had been assigned to train the first team.

And after losing the lead against Al-Ittihad last month, Al-Nasr regained its balance and achieved two important victories at the expense of Abha and then Al-Adala, before falling into the trap of a goalless draw against Al-Fayhaa last Sunday.
