His Excellency the President of the Arab Gulf Cup Football Federation arrives in Basra to attend the draw for the 25th Gulf Cup

His Excellency Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa bin Ahmed Al Thani, President of the Qatar Football Association and President of the Arab Gulf Cup Football Federation, arrived in the Iraqi governorate of Basra this evening, Monday, to attend the draw for the 25th Gulf Cup, which is scheduled to be held tomorrow, Tuesday, at eleven in the morning, at the Grand Millennium Hotel, Basra.

His Excellency was received by a high-level delegation led by the Minister of Youth and Sports, President of the Iraqi Football Association “Adnan Darjal” and the Governor of Basra, “Assaad Al-Eidani”.

Darjal and Al-Eidani were accompanied at the reception by the Secretary-General of the Arab Gulf Cup Association, Jassem Al-Rumaihi, members of the Iraqi Football Association, Rahim Lafta and Muhammad Nasser, and the Secretary-General of the Federation, Muhammad Farhan.
