Al Hilal is the champion of the Saudi Professional League for the third time in a row

Al-Hilal won the Saudi Professional League for the third time in a row and the 18th in its history, after beating Al-Faisaly in the last round 2-1, while Al-Ittihad drew with its guest Al-Batin negatively.

The victory raised Al Hilal’s balance to 67 points, to occupy the top of the Saudi League standings after the end of the season, two points ahead of Al Ittihad, which tied with Al Batin negatively at the same time.

Thus, Al Hilal succeeded in returning from afar and crowning the Saudi League title, after Al-Ittihad was 16 points ahead of last February.

After the end of the match, Al Hilal players climbed to the podium at King Fahd International Stadium, where captain Salman Al-Faraj raised the precious cup.

Al-Hilal is the team that has won the most titles in the Saudi Professional League with 18 titles, 9 more than its rival Al-Nasr, who won the title on 9 occasions.
