The results of the Gulf national teams in the second round of the final qualifiers for the World Cup

Saudi Arabia, Oman, the United Arab Emirates and Iraq participated in the second round of the final qualifiers for the 2022 World Cup in Qatar. Saudi Arabia ranks second in Group B behind Australia, the leader, on goal difference, and the Omani team comes third.

In the first group, the UAE tied with Syria in an Arab confrontation that ended with one goal for each team, and Iraq lost to Iran by three clean goals, and thus the UAE team ranked third in the group and Iraq came last.

Qatar’s Al Annabi also managed to equalize against Luxembourg with the goal of Hammam Al-Amin, as part of Al Annabi’s honorable participation in the European qualifiers for the 2022 World Cup in Qatar.
