Kuwaiti national team player Ahmed Al-Dhafiri: We aspire to qualify, and good organization is not strange to Qatar

Kuwaiti national team player Ahmed Al-Dhafiri confirmed that Al-Azraq’s ambition is to reach the finals of the FIFA Arab Cup Qatar 2021™ by facing the Bahraini team tomorrow in the qualifiers to secure a seat in the Arab forum. This will be held under the umbrella of FIFA and on the World Cup stadiums, praising Qatar’s hosting of the qualifiers and the huge potentials harnessed by the committee. The local organization contributed to the success of the event.

Al-Dhafiri said: We had a decent reception, and this is not surprising for the brothers in Qatar. All things took place in a perfect manner from the moment we arrived at the airport, where the facilities enabled us to get out as quickly as possible according to the precautionary measures followed by the medical bubble system. We are aware that first and foremost is our interest and the interest of teams participating at this time of pandemic.

He added, “Arrangements have gone very well with regard to accommodation and training grounds, which will help us focus on playing the match and preparing for it as it should.”

On facing the Bahraini Red, he said: “There is no doubt that confronting Bahrain will be difficult, in addition to the Gulf privacy it enjoys. Our goal is to present a distinguished level and reach the Arab Cup finals which will be held here in Doha, with the participation of great Arab teams, and we seek to appear in a way that honors Kuwaiti football, and we wish success and victory.”
