FIFA determines the classification of the qualified teams for the third round of the Asian qualifiers for the 2022 FIFA World Cup Qatar

Today, FIFA published the classification of the Asian teams that will be used to conduct the draw for the third round of Asian qualifiers for the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022.

The teams were categorized according to their international rankings:
1- Japan
2- Iran
3- Australia
4- South Korea
5- Saudi Arabia
6- Emirates
7- Iraq
8- China
9-Oman
10- Syria
11-Vietnam
12-Lebanon

The teams will be divided into two divisions in each classification, where the Saudi and UAE teams will be in the third classification, the Iraq team in the fourth classification, while the Oman team in the fifth classification.

The draw will take place on the 3rd of July in the Malaysian capital, Kuala Lumpur, while the matches are scheduled to be held as follows:
