Qatari League harvest: Al Rayyan takes the lead

On the other hand, the defending champion team Al Duhail stumbled to a draw against Al Arabi 3-3, Al Sadd also tied with Al Wakrah 0-0, Al Gharafa beat Al Ahly 4-1 and Muaither beat Al Markhiya 5-2, while Umm Salal tied with Qatar 0-0.
