Mansour Moftah.. The march of the historic scorer of Al-Annabi of Qatar

He was given many nicknames, the most famous of which are: The Fox, the Executioner of the Guards, the Master of the Attackers, the Chief Scorer, the Legend, and the Historical Scorer.
He is the star of the Qatar attack, Mansour Muftah Faraj Bakhit Al-Abdullah, who was born on November 22, 1955 in the Qatari capital, Doha. His talent in football appeared early, and his football career began from the age groups of Al-Rayyan Club in 1972, and due to his good technical levels, he was promoted to the first team in 1974, which he continued with until 1995, during which he participated in 324 matches, scoring 317 goals, and he always represented the trump card in the ranks of the team that achieved the Qatari league title with him on six occasions. He also won the title of top scorer in the Qatari league 5 times, and won the silver medal for the Emir Cup 6 times, so that the Emir Cup became the tournament that eluded him and he could not win it.
In 1995, Moftah moved to Al-Wakrah Club and played for it until 1998 (3 seasons), participated in 44 matches, scoring 19 goals, and he did not achieve any title with it, then he moved after that in 1999 to the Qatari club Al-Sailiya, which was active in the second division league, and concluded with it his career in clubs, and he played in the ranks of its last season, participating in 19 matches and scoring 7 goals, after scoring 179 goals in the league championship.
At the international level, Mansour Moftah is considered the legend of Qatari football and its historical scorer, as he spent 20 years with Al-Annabi between 1974 and 1994. During this period, he scored 53 goals (48 recognized by FIFA), and Al-Annabi participated in 6 copies of the Gulf Cup, during which he scored 13 goals. He announced his retirement in 2000, and the match was held between the national teams of Qatar and Egypt, and Mansour scored a goal in this match.
