The launch of the FIFA23 Electronic Kingdom Championship, with the participation of 59 teams
Yesterday, the draw for the FIFA23 Kingdom Electronic Football Championship was held, which is organized by the Saudi Football Association in cooperation with the Saudi Electronic Sports Federation, with the participation of 59 teams.
The tournament qualifiers will be held today and tomorrow, April 14 and 15, with a knockout system, through the Ultimate team phase.
The tournament teams were divided into 8 groups, as the draw resulted in the following groups:
The first group: Al-Okhdood, Al-Omran, Al-Jabalain, Al-Huda, Tabarjal, Al-Faw, Ghouta and Al-Ta’awon.
The second group: Al-Ittihad, Al-Khuwaylidiyah, Al-Khubara, Al-Sharq, Al-Taei, Damak, Jubbah and Al-Bajadiyah.
The third group: Al-Ahly, Al-Raed, Al-Nour, Habona, Al-Saqour, Al-Tohamy, Al-Khalidi and Sudair.
The fourth group: Al Orouba, Al Arabi, Al Khulood, thaqbah, Al Tasamuh, Al Muheet and farooq.
The fifth group: Al-Shabab, Al-Khaleej, Al-Etemad, Al-Diriyah, Al-Hazm, Al-Nujoom and Al-Shoula.
Group Six: Al Dhahab, Abha, Al-Qarah, Najran, Qilwa, Riyadh and Al Watani.
The seventh group: Al-Bada’i, Al-Nasr, Al-Jandal, Al-Shorouk, Al-Rayyan, Al-Adala and Al-Fath.
The eighth group: Al-Hilal, Al-Fara, Al-Qadisiyah, Al-Jazeera, Al-Majzal, Al-Itifaq and Al-Najma.
16 teams will qualify for the finals, which will be held on May 4 and 5, in Riyadh, knowing that the tournament is held in a two-on-one system, provided that each team’s list includes two main players, with the possibility of adding a reserve player optional.
It is worth noting that the first edition of the tournament witnessed the crowning of the Qadsia team, after its victory over Dhamak in the final match.
