The Asian Cup under 20 years old… Oman’s national team suffers its second loss

The Oman national team lost for the second consecutive match in the AFC U-20 Youth Championship 2023, which is currently being held in Uzbekistan, against Tajikistan, with a clean goal, in the second round of the third Group at Lokomotiv Stadium in the capital, Tashkent, after losing the confrontation with South Korea in the first round, by four goals.

A goalless draw dominated the match result until the 80th minute, when the Tajik national team snatched the precious winning goal by Amadoni Kamalov.

The third and final round of group competitions will be held on Wednesday, where Jordan will meet Oman, and South Korea will meet Tajikistan.

On Thursday on the first round Jordan won against Tajikistan 2-0 and South Korea won against Oman 4-0.
