Saudi Arabia will host the 2023 FIFA Club World Cup

The International Federation of Football Associations (FIFA) announced that Saudi Arabia won the organization of the FIFA Club World Cup 2023, which is scheduled to be held from December 12 to 22 in Jeddah, with the participation of the continental champions, including the representative of the Kingdom.

Two mechanisms have been put in place to choose the club that will represent Saudi Arabia in the 2023 Club World Cup, as if a Saudi team is crowned in the AFC Champions League 2022, it will represent the Kingdom in the tournament, and in the event that a non-Saudi team is crowned in the Champions League, the champion of the Roshen Professional League for the current season 2022/2023 will be the representative of Saudi Arabia in the Club World Cup 2023.

3 Saudi clubs are participating in the AFC Champions League 2022, which are Al-Hilal (the defending champions), Al-Shabab and Al-Faisaly.
