Al Hilal runner-up for Asia’s FIFA Club World Cup

Al Hilal Saudi Arabia lost the Club World Cup final match against Real Madrid 3/5, marking the first time that a Gulf team, the third Arab team, and the third Asian team have advanced to a final.

Real Madrid took the lead with Vinicius Junior’s goal in the 13th minute, Federico Valverde added the second goal in the 18th minute, then Musa Marega was able to reduce the difference by scoring the first goal for Al Hilal in the 26th minute, to end the first half with 1/2 for the favor of Real Madrid.

In the second half, Karim Benzema scored the third goal for Real in the 54th minute, Valverde added his second goal and the fourth for Real in the 58th minute, then Luciano Vito scored the second goal for Al Hilal in the 63rd minute, then Vinicius Junior added his second goal and the fifth for Real in the 69th minute, and in the 69th minute  79 Luciano Vito scored his second goal and the third for Al-Hilal.

Al-Hilal qualified for the final after its victory in the first match against the owner of the land Wydad 5/3, with penalties, then winning the semi-final against Brazilian Flamengo, 3/2.
