The UAE Federation apologizes for hosting West Asia

The West Asian Federation received an official letter from the UAE Football Association, which includes a notification of its apology for hosting the tenth West Asian Federation Championship for men, which was scheduled from March 20 to April 2, 2023, without indicating the reasons that prompted it to do so.

According to the book signed by the Secretary-General, the UAE Federation said: “At the outset, we would like to thank you for your constant cooperation with us and your continuous efforts in developing football in the West Asian region, and we would like to inform you of our apology for hosting the tenth West Asian Federation Championship for men, thanking you for your efforts that you have made throughout the past period, for your kind knowledge and knowledge of your procedures, we wish you continued success and gratitude.”

Accordingly, the West Asian Federation will present this book and the decision of the Emirati apology to the Executive Committee, so that it can discuss and study the available options regarding the championship, in terms of issuing the final decision on it in accordance with all the data.
