The Media Committee of Khaleeji Zain 25, Basra, holds its second meeting, headed by Ahmed Al-Musawi

The Media Committee of the Zain 25 Gulf Cup, Basra, held its second meeting, headed by Ahmed Odeh Zamil Al-Musawi, which took place at the Grand Millennium Hotel, Basra, at seven in the evening on Tuesday.

The meeting was attended by Khaled Mubarak Al-Kuwari, Vice-Chairman of the Committee, and members Moaz Al-Khamisi, Salem Al-Naqbi, Faisal Al-Tuwaiher, Ahmed Mirza, Younis Al-Ghafri, Abdul Rahman Al-Abd Al-Jabbar, Social Communication Officer, Youssef Fa’al, the representative of the Iraqi Federation, and Bilal Mustafa, the committee’s rapporteur.

The attendees discussed the agenda of the meeting, beginning with the ratification of the minutes of the first meeting and what followed with the discussion of the items listed in relation to the organizational procedures related to media matters for the Zain 25 Gulf Cup, Basra.

The logistical arrangements for official and unofficial media delegations were discussed, and the schedule for press conferences before the matches was approved and sent to the eight federations and local media.

The meeting also discussed a number of emerging issues related to other organizational matters, such as media cards, the roles of media coordinators, and continuous coordination with the local organizing committee.

The committee is scheduled to make a field visit at noon tomorrow, Wednesday, during which it will inspect the two championship stadiums (Basra and Al-Mina), the media center, and the press conference hall in the Minawi Pasha Hotel, the residence of the official media delegations, which will witness the opening of the media center with the inauguration of press conferences on the 5th of this month.
