Gulf Cup trophy arrives in Kuwait

Kuwait: The Gulf Cup trophy arrived in Kuwait on Monday with a Qatari delegation comprising Qatar Football Association’s head of competitions, Hamad Al Mannai.

Kuwait Football Association (KFA) Secretary General Mohamed Khalil and a number of KFA members received the Qatari delegation and thanked them for the swift response to bringing the trophy of the tournament, which concludes on January 5.

Qatar will host the 24th edition of the tournament after the executive committee of the Gulf Cup Football Federation approved its request.
