Muhammad Al-Buraik .. Rejected by Al-Nasr, he made history with Al-Hilal
The Saudi star of Al Hilal, who moved to Al-Raed, to keep it in the professional league and prevent its relegation to the First Division, is one of the main elements of the Saudi squad for the World Cup in Russia 2018.
He is the brilliant right-back Muhammad Ibrahim Al-Buraik, who was born on September 15, 1992. Al-Buraik was passionate about football since his childhood, and wanted to join a football school or a club, but his father had another opinion that he should take care of studying first and postpone the dream of football until after high school. Khaled Al-Sarihid discovered him and was impressed with his abilities, but insisted that he change his position, as Al-Brick was determined to play as a striker. Al-Sarihid tried to join him with the juniors of Al-Nasr, but the club refused him, after that Fouad Anwar saw him in one of the tournaments and mediated for him to join the Al-Nasr Youth, but for the second time he was rejected, to be the beginning of his football career at Al Hilal Youth Academy between 2009 and 2014, then he was promoted to the first team of the leader.
On January 29, 2015, he moved to Al-Raed club on a six-month loan deal, during which he helped the club stay in the professional league with 18 points and prevent its relegation to the first division.
In 2014, he was promoted from the Al Hilal youth team to the first team, and scored his first goals on October 20, 2015, and was in front of Al Taawun Club.
In the 2016 Super Cup, Al-Brik scored his second goal, but the result was not in favor of Al-Hilal, and the end was the loss of Al-Hilal on penalties.
Muhammad Al-Buraik and his team won many championships, including the 2015 Saudi Super Cup, the 2016 Saudi Crown Prince Cup, the Saudi Professional League and the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Cup 2017.
At the level of the Saudi national team, Al-Brick joined the Greens in 2015, participated in many international matches, and was part of the starting lineup for the team participating in the 2018 World Cup Russia and the 2019 Asian Cup.
