The Secretary-General of the Arab Gulf Cup Football Federation arrives in Basra to attend the draw for the 25th Gulf Cup. The Secretary-General of the Arab Gulf Cup Football Federation, Jassem Al-Rumaihi and his accompanying delegation arrived in Basra today, Saturday, to attend the ceremony of the Gulf 25 draw, scheduled for next Tuesday at the “Grand Millennium” Hotel in Basra.

The delegation was received by the Secretary-General of the Iraqi Federation, Muhammad Farhan, and the advisor to the Governor of Basra, Aqil Talib.

As part of the preparations for the draw ceremony, invitations were sent to some of the Gulf football stars to attend the draw ceremony, which is the first step and the official announcement of the tournament.

Several meetings are scheduled to be held on the sidelines of the draw, which concern the competitions committees, referees and the media committee.
