An exciting victory for Al-Duhail.. The results of the Gulf clubs in the third round of the Champions League

Al-Gharafa Club of Qatar tied with Shabab Al-Ahly Dubai 1-1 yesterday, Thursday, at Prince Abdullah Al-Faisal Stadium in Jeddah, as part of the third round of Group C competitions in the 2022 AFC Champions League. Al-Gharafa advanced in the first half through Sufian Hani (44) before Shabab realized Al-Ahly equalized through Federico Cartabia (90+2).

Meanwhile, Al-Quwa Al-Jawiya Club tied 1-1 with Al-Shabab of Saudi Arabia yesterday, Thursday, at Prince Faisal bin Fahd Stadium in Riyadh, in the third round of Group Two competitions.

Al-Quwa Al-Jawiya advanced in the 68th minute through Roderick Miller, before Al-Shabab equalized through Hussein Al-Qarni (90 + 6),
Al Shabab maintained the top spot in the group with 7 points from three matches, compared to 4 points for Al Shabab, and 3 each for Al Jazira and Mumbai.

Al-Jazira Club of the United Arab Emirates won the first victory after beating Mumbai City of India 1-0 on Thursday at King Fahd International Stadium in Riyadh.

The Saudi Al-Taawun Club defeated the Iranian Sepahan 3-0 yesterday, Thursday, at King Abdullah Sports City Stadium in Buraidah, in the fourth group competitions.
Nawaf Al-Subhi (44), Zee Lewis (46), and Yazid Al-Bakr scored the winning goals for Al-Taawon.

Sepahan completed the match with ten men after Azzatallah Bourkaz was sent off in the 11th minute of the match.

Edmilson Junior led Qatar’s Al Duhail FC to an exciting 3-2 victory over Uzbekistan’s Pakhtakor on Thursday at King Abdullah Sports City Stadium in Buraidah. Al Duhail scored the three goals in the 66th, 71st and 84th minutes, and the first-placed team in each group qualifies for the round of 16, along with the three best second-placed clubs in the West Groups.
