Iraq coach calls 25 players to Tashkent camp

The coach of the Iraqi national team, Strychko Katanic, has called up 25 players for the friendly match vs Uzbekistan, which will be held in Tashkent on the 29th of this month, in preparation for the Asian double qualifiers.

The list included: Jalal Hassan, Fahd Talib, Ahmed Basil, Alaa Mahawi, Mustafa Muhammad Jaber, Ahmed Ibrahim, Saad Nateq, Ali Faiz, Maytham Jabbar, Faisal Jassim, Durgham Ismail, Hassan Raed and Mustafa Muhammad Maan.

In addition to Amjad Atwan, Safaa Hadi, Ibrahim Bayish, Muhammad Qasim Majed, Hussein Ali, Ahmed Abdel Hussein, Humam Tariq, Bashar Rassan, Sherko Karim, Alaa Abdul Zahra, Ayman Hussein and Muhammad Daoud.

The Iraqi team will travel to the Uzbek capital next Monday by a private plane to enter a training camp there, which will continue until the 30th of this month.
