Everyone is ready for the fourth confrontation between UAE and Yemen

United Arab Emirates and Yemen will open the 24th Gulf Cup at Abdallah Ibn Khalifa Stadium on Tuesday at 9:30 p.m. for the first group.

The UAE national team, which came to Doha on Monday morning, held a final training session ahead of this encounter at the Aspire training ground.

Emirates coach Van Marwijk said at the press conference before the confrontation that his team is in full readiness for the tournament.

The Yemeni team arrived early in Doha after its match against Singapore in the Asian qualifiers for the World Cup 2022 and the Asian 2023. It intensified its training in preparation for the first strike in the tournament.

The Yemeni team in its ninth participation is still looking for its first victory. Its national coach Sami Alnash confirmed that he is coming to achieve the first victory in the history of Yemen in the Gulf championship this time to bring happiness to the Yemeni people.

The UAE team dominates the three encounters that they have made in the Gulf tournaments (Gulf 16, Gulf 18 and Gulf 19) by winning three times and scoring 8 goals.
