Shukaili: Khalifa Stadium embraces the Gulf 24 and Several bids to buy broadcasting rights were received

Dr. Jassim bin Mohammed Al-Shukaili, Vice President and Chairman of the Marketing Committee of the Arabian Gulf Cup, stated that there is a continuous coordination with the Qatar Football Association regarding the preparations for the 24th Arabian Gulf Cup, which will be held in Qatar next November.

With regard to the marketing aspects of the championship, Al-Shukaili said that the Arab Gulf Cup Federation has received several bids from companies and TV channels (gulf and foreign) to buy the rights to broadcast the tournament, and is currently studying these offers to choose the best for the benefit of participating teams.

Al-Shukaili stressed that the door is still open to all Qatari and Gulf companies to sponsor the tournament, which represents a real opportunity for them to be the main sponsors of the Gulf 24, and thus obtain marketing benefits and a variety of advertising rights, as the tournament will witness a lot of events dedicated to the masses of the Gulf. He is confident that it will be a real addition to the tournament and an attraction for the fans.

He explained that the Arabian Gulf Cup Federation welcomes all commercial companies from inside and outside Qatar to sponsor the tournament.

On the other hand, Dr. Jassim Al-Shukaili said that Khalifa Stadium, one of the stadiums of the 2022 World Cup, and the stadium which hosted the Gulf 4 and Gulf 11, was chosen as the main stadium for the Gulf 24 competitions.
