Al Ain and Al Hilal win the first leg of the AFC Champions League quarter-finals

Al Hilal Saudi Club succeeded in achieving a victory over its compatriot Al-Ittihad 2-0 on Tuesday at the Kingdom Arena Stadium in Riyadh, in the first leg of the quarter-finals of the AFC Champions League 2023-2024.

Aleksandar Mitrovic (40th from a penalty kick) and Salem Al-Dosari (42nd) scored the winning goals for Al Hilal.

On Monday, the Emirati club Al Ain defeated its guest, Al Nassr, Saudi Arabia, 1-0, at Hazza Bin Zayed Stadium in Al Ain, in the first leg of the quarter-finals of the AFC Champions League 2023-2024.

The return matches will be held between the Gulf teams next Sunday and Monday. On the first day, Al-Ittihad will meet Al-Hilal, hosting the former at King Abdullah Sports City Stadium (Al-Jawhara), and on the second day, Al-Nassr of Saudi Arabia will host Al-Ain of the Emirates at the Awal Park Stadium in Riyadh.
