The Emirati Whites achieved victory in their first match in the group stage of the Asian Cup Qatar 2023, over their Hong Kong counterpart, by three goals to one, and the Emirati hat-trick was scored by Sultan Adel in the 34th minute from a penalty kick, Zayed Sultan in the 53rd minute, and Yahya Al-Ghassani in the 96th minute, while Al-Ghassani scored in the 96th minute.
