The Organizing Committee of the Asian Cup Qatar 2023 announces that the first batch of tickets for the tournament has been sold out

The Local Organizing Committee for the AFC Asian Cup Qatar 2023 announced that the first batch of tickets for the continental championship matches have been sold out, with more than 150,000 tickets sold during the first days of the start of sales.

The sales witnessed a wide demand from all parts of the continent, and the committee will issue more tickets in the near future.

Qatar, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and India topped the countries that bought tickets most in the world, and the total number of sales reached 81,209 tickets during the first 24 hours of the start of sales on October 10.

24 teams from the continent of Asia are scheduled to compete in the jewel of the continental championships, which will witness the holding of 51 matches in 9 stadiums built according to the highest international standards, during the period from January 12 to February 10, 2024.

The opening match of the AFC Asian Cup 2023 will be held between Qatar, the host and defending champions, and Lebanon, at the Lusail World Cup Stadium, which has a capacity of approximately 88,000 seats, and which will also host the final of the tournament.
