Bahraini League: Al-Riffa Al-Sharqi takes the lead and Al-Riffa wins the top spot in Al-Muharraq

Riffa Al Sharqi Club took the lead in the Bahraini Football League after defeating Manama 2-1, raising its score to 9 points after the end of the third round of the competition, which witnessed many remarkable results.

Manama took the lead first through Ibrahim Al Khattaal in the 38th minute, before Al Riffa Al Sharqi came back and scored two goals through Salem Al Dosari (46 and 90 + 7).

At the top of the round’s meetings; The Riffa team succeeded in overturning its deficit against Muharraq with two goals scored by Al-Nasser Muhammadu (16) and Walid Al-Qarawi (26) into a victory with three goals scored by Kamil Al-Aswad (46 and 86) and Ali Haram (64).

The defending champion, Al-Khalidiya team, achieved a major victory over Al-Ahly with seven goals scored by Dominic (21, 30, and 45), Ahmed Boughmar (24), Mahdi Abdel-Jabbar (46, 50), and Ismail Abdel Latif (76), against a goal scored by Abdullah Al-Hashash (71).

Al-Najma prevailed over the situation with five clean goals, which came from Junior Costa (18 and 45), Omar Al-Dahhi (51), Mohammed Al-Rumaihi (72) and Abdullah Abdo (83), and Al-Shabab won over Busaiteen with a goal from Carlos Alberto (88).
