The Iraqi team in the final of the King of Thailand Championship

In the city of Chiang Mai, the Iraqi national team will face its counterpart, the Thai national team, today, Sunday, at eight-thirty in the evening, 20:30 Thailand time, and four-thirty in Baghdad time, 16:30, in the final of the 49th King of Thailand Friendly Championship Cup.

All 23 players participated in training yesterday evening, which was attended by the head of the Iraqi delegation, Ahmed Al-Moussawi.
The players showed their full readiness through their enthusiasm and keenness in training, hoping to provide a good level and win the championship title.

It is worth noting that the Iraqi national team qualified for the final of the tournament after defeating its Indian counterpart on penalties (5-4), after regular time ended in a tie with two goals for each.
