His Excellency Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa bin Ahmed Al Thani, President of the Arab Gulf Cup Football Association, has been nominated for the position of Vice President of the Arab Football Association for the Asian continent and for membership in the Arab Football Association Council for the current electoral cycle that extends until 2025.

The elections will be held on the agenda of the 27th General Assembly meeting of the Arab Football Association, on the tenth of August, in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
