After achieving His Majesty the Sultan’s Cup.. Al-Nahda is the champion of the Omani League

The Omani club Al-Nahda was officially crowned the Omantel League title, one round before the end of the league, after defeating its guest, Al-Masna, by 3 goals, which are scored by Ahmed Al-Kaabi, Ali Al-Rashidi and Al-Mundhir Al-Alawi to combine the League and the Cup for the first time in its history.

Al-Suwaiq, the runner-up, could not win during this round and came up with an exciting point against Bahla after turning the loss from a clean four-way into a 4-4 tie. Bahla goals were scored by Waleed Al-Muslimi (two goals), Abdul Hameed Al-Mandhari and Carter, while Al-Suwaiq scored the goals of the professional Mamadou (hat-trick) and Omar Al-Fazari, and the meeting witnessed an expel of Al-Suwaiq defender Ahmed Al-Khamisi.

In other confrontations in the round, Al-Seeb won by three against Al-Nasr, giving it the opportunity to achieve the runner-up. Sur also defeated Al-Ittihad 3-1, Sohar and Oman tied 1-1, Al-Rustaq beat Al-Bashaer with two clean goals, and Dhofar defeated Al-Orouba 2-0.
