For the 9th time in its history, Al-Arabi defeated Al-Sadd and crowned the Emir of Qatar Cup

In the presence of His Highness the Emir of Qatar, Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, the Al-Arabi club succeeded in winning the title of the Emir of the State of Qatar’s Cup, which had been absent from its treasury for 30 years, by defeating Al-Sadd Club, which has the largest number of times crowned with the title (17), by three clean goals, in the meeting that the World Cup stadium Ahmed bin Ali hosted.

The first half ended in a goalless draw, and Al-Arabi, who played defensively relying on rebounds, scored the goals of Omar Al-Soma (62 and 98), and Hamed Ismail (91). Al-Arabi achieved the biggest victory in the tournament by defeating Al-Sailiya in the semi-finals 7/1.
