Sharjah beat Ajman in the semi-final first leg of the President’s Cup

The Sharjah team beat its guest, Ajman, with two goals to one, in the match that brought the two teams together yesterday evening at Sharjah Stadium, in the first leg of the semi-finals of the President’s Cup.

The first half ended in a goalless draw after an equal match on both sides, and Sharjah succeeded in scoring the goal of progress through its player Al Kasir in the 59th minute, Othman Kamara added the second goal in the 62nd minute, while Firas Belarabi narrowed the difference by scoring Ajman’s only goal in the 69th minute.

The two teams will meet again in a decisive match on the fourteenth of this month in the second leg, in the light of which the identity of the team qualified for the tournament’s final will be determined.
