Adoption of players eligibility and colors of the teams

The technical meeting of the tournament was held at the Sheraton Doha Hotel on Monday. During the meeting, the rules and regulations of the tournament were reviewed in terms of points calculation, qualification to the second stage and calculation of yellow and red cards.

The meeting also witnessed the confirmation of the use of VAR technology in the games and changes in the first and second rounds in accordance with international laws of the game.

The colors of the main and second teams’ shirts were also adopted for the upcoming matches, as well as the list of the final teams which did not witness any change.
