The Gulf Cup Competitions Committee determines the technical meeting for the tournament.

The Competitions Committee of the Arab Gulf Cup Football Federation held its first meeting today, Wednesday, headed by Dr. Hamid Ahmed Al-Shaibani, and discussed many topics on its agenda. At the beginning of the meeting, Dr. Al-Shaibani welcomed the members of the committee and wished success for the Zain 25 Gulf Cup. After the meeting ended, Dr. Al-Shaibani said, “We have set the technical meeting for the participating teams, which will be on Thursday, January 5th, at noon, where the lists of the teams’ players and their eligibility will be reviewed and the numbers determined.” Observers of the first round matches of the tournament have also been appointed, and there will be a daily meeting of the committee.

Al-Shaibani pointed out the need to ensure that no player participating in the tournament is subjected to any penalties by the AFC.

Messrs. Mohammed Hazam Al Dhaheri, Vice Chairman of the Committee, and members Rashid Abdullah Al Zoubi, Salah Al Qenaei, Ahmed Mohammed Al Harami, Khaled Abdul Aziz Muqrin, Qutaiba Saeed Al Ghailani, and Shihab Ahmed Jabara participated in the meeting.
