Branko announces the Omani Red squad for the matches against Germany and Belarus

On Wednesday, Croatian Branko Ivankovic announced the list of the first Omani football team to face Germany and Belarus on November 16 and 20 in Muscat and the United Arab Emirates, in preparation for the 25th Gulf Cup and the most important event of the 2023 Asian Nations Championship.

The list witnessed the return of Al-Mundhir Al-Alawi, the summoning of Al-Nahda defender Ahmed Al-Matroushi, and the continued absence of Ali Al-Busaidi and Abdulaziz Al-Muqbali, and the national team will start its gathering tomorrow, Thursday, in Muscat.

The full list includes: Ahmed Al-Rawahi, Muhammad Al-Muslami, Juma Al-Habsi, Muhammad Ramadan Al-Amiri, Mohsen Al-Ghassani, Salah Al-Yahya’i (Seeb), Hareb Al-Saadi, Fayez Al-Rashidi, Ahmed Al-Khamisi, Amjad Al-Harthy, Issam Al-Subhi (Al-Suwaiq), Ibrahim Al-Mukhaini, Al-Mundhir Al-Alawi and Ahmed Al-Matroushi (Al-Nahda).
Moataz Saleh Abed Rabbo (Dhofar), Musab Al-Maamari and Ahmed Al-Adawi (Al-Rustaq), Fahmy Saeed Durbin (Al-Nasr), in addition to four professionals, Jamil Al-Yahmadi (Al-Markhiya Al-Qatari), Zaher Al-Aghbari (Al-Khalidiya Al-Bahraini), Hatem Al-Rushdi (Al-Faisaly of Jordan), and Arshad Al-Alawi ( Kuwaiti Kuwait).
