During his participation in a tour of the Falcons fans at the Education City Stadium, Saudi football star Nawaf Al-Tmyat invites the public to support the green in the Qatar 2022 World Cup.

Former Saudi football star Nawaf Al-Tmyat, who participated in three World Cups, called on fans to support Al-Akhdar during his participation in the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022™, which begins with the match against Argentina at Lusail Stadium on November 22.

In an interview with (Qatar2022.qa), Al-Tmyat stressed the great importance of the fans in supporting and supporting the Falcons, pointing to the ease of their presence and support for their country’s team due to Saudi Arabia’s location next to the host country of Qatar, where they will play an active role in spreading enthusiasm and raising morale of players, which is an incentive for them to perform at their best in competitions.

Al-Tmyatt, FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022™ Ambassador, added: “There is no doubt that the presence of the fans will be a greater motivation for the team. Now the situation is completely different because the host country is a neighboring country to the Kingdom, which facilitates the attendance of fans, and therefore we will have more support that will be reflected in the performance of our players.”

Al-Timyat praised the World Cup stadiums, designed according to the highest international standards, and the efforts made on the road to the 2022 World Cup in Qatar, stressing the importance of hosting the tournament for the first time in an Arab country, which provides a platform for introducing the region and its rich heritage and culture.

Al-Timyat stressed the importance of hosting the historic tournament in Qatar, as the first Arab country to host the global event, which will contribute to shedding light on the ancient history of the region and its rich culture, which upholds the noble qualities of chivalry, generosity and generosity.

He continued, “The hosting of the World Cup by an Arab country is an important milestone in the history of the region. Our participation in the Qatar 2022 World Cup is a great honor for us, as the tournament provides a unique platform that allows the people of the world to get acquainted closely with our proud heritage and culture.”
Al-Tmyatt had participated in a tour of the Education City Stadium, as part of a delegation that included the leaders of Saudi Green fans, to learn about the facilities of the World Cup stadium, which will host the second Saudi match against Poland. The Saudi star expressed his happiness with his visit to Qatar before the start of the World Cup competitions at the end of this year.

For his part, Faisal Al-Dosari, a member of the Saudi national team’s audience, said: “We witnessed a great edifice, and it became clear the tremendous amount of work done by men who made exceptional efforts day and night, to present to us, the State of Qatar and the world at large, this sports edifice, which is a great achievement, especially with the seats in the stands in green and white, which are the colors of the Saudi national team.

The visit of the delegation of leaders of the Saudi fans to Qatar included a meeting with representatives of the Supreme Committee for Delivery and Legacy, to clarify all the details related to the procedures for the attendance of Saudi fans to Qatar, to support their country’s team, including arrangements for entry through the land port, or through flights, and obtaining tickets and Heyyah Card.

In this context, Fahad Al-Shatry, head of the Saudi national team’s audience, praised the visit, which included a lot of benefit for the visiting delegation, with the start of the Qatar 2022 World Cup approaching. He said, “The visit to the sisterly State of Qatar allowed us to view the facilities of the tournament and learn about the procedures required for Saudi fans to attend matches, including submitting requests for a Haya card and tickets to attend matches, which we conveyed to the fans through our personal accounts in social media channels.”

He continued, “We spent wonderful times with our brothers in Qatar during a busy program during which we were briefed on the World Cup stadiums that will welcome fans from around the world, and we also learned about the high-level preparations to host the World Football Festival.”

Regarding his message to Al-Akhdar fans, Al-Shatry said: “I call on all Saudis who can come to Qatar to support our team, to be sure to participate in a global sports event that many people wish to participate in, and which will be launched in our second country, Qatar. They only have to follow the instructions that we shared on our accounts in the social media, to seize an opportunity that may not be repeated.”
The Saudi green is among four Arab teams that qualified to participate in the 2022 World Cup, along with Morocco, Tunisia and Qatar, the host country.

The Education City Stadium, which is surrounded by a number of leading international universities, will host eight matches in the World Cup, from the group stage to the quarter-finals of the tournament.

It is noteworthy that the Saudi national team is participating in the World Cup for the sixth time in its history, and the second in a row, and recorded a strong presence in the 1994 edition in the United States of America, when it qualified for the second round after topping its group that included the teams of Holland, Belgium and Morocco.

The Saudi Green will compete in the World Cup in Qatar in the third group, which includes Argentina, Mexico and Poland. Saudi Arabia will start its journey on the second day of the tournament against Argentina in the first match in the World Cup hosted by Lusail Stadium, which will also witness the Green match with Mexico, while the Education City Stadium will host the match between Saudi Arabia and Poland.

It is expected that Saudi Arabia’s matches in the World Cup will witness a large crowd, especially since two of the team’s group matches will be hosted by Lusail Stadium, the largest stadium in the tournament, which will host the World Cup final on December 18.
