The beach Emirati team continues his preparations for West Asia
The UAE national beach soccer team continues its daily training on the sandy pitch at the headquarters of the Dubai Football Association under the leadership of Spanish coach Ramiro Amarelli, as part of its preparations to participate in the second West Asian Beach Soccer Championship to be hosted by the Saudi Football Association next June.
The team list included 23 players, and they are: Walid Al-Mohammadi, Muhammad Al-Jasmi, Haitham Al-Kaabi, Ahmed Beshr, Walid Beshr, Abbas Ali, Kamal Ali, Hisham Montaser, Ali Al-Mohammadi, Ahmed Mallahi, Hamid Jamal, Hassan Al-Hammadi, Saeed Eid, Rashid Eid, Abdullah Darqani, Abdullah Abbas, Butti Abdul Hussein, Jamal Muhammad, Hussein Ali, Abdullah Al-Shari, Hassan Abdullah, Hariz Ali, Hussein Hamza.
Ali Hamad Al-Badwawi, member of the Board of Directors of the Football Association and Chairman of the Beach Soccer Committee, confirmed that the current list of the team is one of the most important goals achieved by the Emirates Beach Soccer League competition, as it included many distinctive elements chosen by the coach of the team and his assistant technical staff during the league matches, stressing that beach soccer enjoys the support of the Federation’s Board of Directors headed by Sheikh Rashid bin Humaid Al Nuaimi.
Al-Badwawi indicated that the beach club will play four friendly matches next April as part of its preparation program to participate in the West Asian Championship, which will give the technical staff of the team an opportunity to experience all the players and create a state of harmony and cohesion between the team lines, in addition to selecting the most appropriate and most ready players in the final list that will compete in the regional tournament.
He stressed that the Football Association is keen to prepare the beach team through the implementation of technical programs and the establishment of internal and external camps and friendly matches, to continue achieving more sporting achievements with this distinguished generation of players who achieved several titles during the last period.
