Abdul Zahra: The special thing about us is the spirit

Iraqi team captain Alaa Abdul Zahra said that what characterizes the Iraqi team is the high spirit of the players that exists between them to overcome the semi-final confrontation against Bahrain.

He added: “Tomorrow’s game is important. We will face Bahrain whose performance has progressed. We have one goal – that is to move forward until the end. We have an important game where we will focus on until we achieve what is required.”

“With Yemen, there had been some circumstances that affected the team. We are focusing on planting a smile on the lips of our people, and we hope that this tournament will be different from its predecessors.”
