Saudi Arabia and Oman teams participate in the Arab Games in Algeria
The football competition will be held in the fifteenth Arab Games in the State of Algeria from 5 to 14 July 2023, with the participation of 8 teams, namely Algeria, Oman, Lebanon, Sudan, Saudi Arabia, Syria, Palestine and Mauritania, where the championship matches will be held in the cities of Annaba and Constantine.
The draw for the group stage resulted in two groups, the first of which included the teams of Algeria, Oman, Lebanon and Sudan, while the teams of Saudi Arabia, Syria, Palestine and Mauritania came in the second group.
4 matches will be held in the opening round of the competition on July 2, when the teams of Lebanon and Sudan will meet, then Algeria and Oman, at the May 19 stadium in Annaba in the first Group.
In the second group, the Saudi national team will meet the Syrian national team, while the Palestinian and Mauritanian national teams will play at the Martyr Hamlawi Stadium in the city of Constantine.
The group stage of the tournament will continue until next July 8, while the semi-final competitions will be held on July 11, with the third and final place matches to be played on the fourteenth of this month.
