Saudi Arabia is the FIFA23 Electronic West Asian Football Federation Champion

The Assistant Secretary-General of the Saudi Football Association, Ibrahim Al-Qabbaa, crowned Saudi Arabia with the FIFA23 West Asian Football Federation Championship title.

The Saudi national team won the championship title after winning the final match against the Kuwaiti national team 4-1, while the Qatari national team achieved third place after defeating the Lebanese national team 2-1.

During its career in the tournament, Saudi Arabia national team managed to lead its group, which included the Palestinian and Qatar national teams, with 10 points from 4 matches, and in the semi-finals, Saudi Arabia national team defeated the Lebanese national team, 4-2.

The national team was represented in this tournament by Musaed Al-Dosari, Ahmed Mujahid, Muhammad Al-Arfaj, and Muhammad Fawzi, under the supervision of coach Fahd Al-Huwaisin.

It is noteworthy that this title is the third for the Saudi team in the West Asian Championship, after it won gold in the 2021 and 2022 editions.
