Al-Quwa Al-Jawiya team maintained the top of the general standings of the Iraqi Football League by defeating Zakho 2-0, to continue its lead over Al-Shorta, on goal difference, who in turn defeated Naft Maysan 3-0 in the framework of the eighteenth round of the competition.
