Amer Abdul Rahman.. an impressive imprint of the Emirati football maestro

A spherical talent, with a strong imprint on the level of Emirati, Gulf and Arab football, given the consistent level that distinguished him during all the confrontations he fought, whether official or friendly.

His relationship with football began since his childhood, when he was practicing it like others in Al-Farij before moving to play in the club to explode all his football energies. He was unique in having the courage to make the decision inside the green rectangle, and his insightful view of the attackers who enjoy his presence in the middle of the field. Followers and critics called him many nicknames, including the maestro and Zidane of the Emirati football.

He is the star of the Baniyas team and the national team, Amer Abdel Rahman, who was born on the 3rd of July 1989. He started his football career in Baniyas Club, and joined the national team for a long time, and achieved with it a number of achievements, including the title of the Gulf Cup for Juniors in Abha 2006, And the title of the Asian Youth Cup in Dammam 2008, qualifying for the quarter-finals in the World Youth Championship 2009, the title of the Gulf U-23 Cup in Doha 2010, second place in the same tournament that was held in 2011, the silver medal in the Asian Games in Guangzhou, China, and qualification for the London Olympics 2012.

Amer played for several clubs, from 2006 to 2016, he was accompanied by Baniyas, where he participated with it during that period in 107 matches, and scored 8 goals, then moved to Al Ain and played for it during the period 2016/2019, and participated in 50 games, scored two goals, as he played for Al-Jazira 2019/2021, played 7 matches with it and scored one goal, then returned in 2021 to the mother club Baniyas.

At the international level, Amer represented the UAE U-20 in 39 games, during the period 2004/2009, and represented the U-23 team, in 2010, and participated in 3 meetings with it, and since 2009, he joined the first team.

Amer Abdel Rahman was chosen among the five best players in the Youth World Cup, the best player award in the Gulf 2 for the under-23 teams, and the best player in the referendum of the Lebanese Al-Hadath magazine. He also previously participated in an exhibition match between the friends of the French Zidane and the Brazilian Ronaldo, which included a group of Football stars in the world.
