Omantel League: Al-Seeb is steadily in the lead, while the defending champion is faltering

With the conclusion of the ninth round of the Omani League, Al-Seeb, which had not tasted loss since the start of the competition, maintained its lead in the standings with 23 points from 9 matches, winning 7 and drawing on two occasions, after winning the ninth round match against Bahla 3/0.

As it prepared for the return matches in the AFC Cup, Al-Nahda, the defending champion, stumbled during this round and tied against Al-Rustaq 1-1, after falling behind by a goal, and its score became 19 points, in second place, one point behind Sohar, which beat its host Al-Shabab 2-1.
