The Bahraini national team continues to prepare for the Asian Cup and the double qualifiers

The Bahraini national team continues its preparations to participate in the double qualifiers for the 2026 World Cup and the 2027 Asian Cup, which begins next November, as it plays in Group eight with the Emirates and two other teams determined through the playoff (Yemen with Sri Lanka and Nepal with Laos), and the two winners join the Red Group, and it also prepares for the Asian Cup in Qatar, which will be held from January 12 to February 10, and the Bahraini team will be in Group Five, along with South Korea, Malaysia and Jordan.

The Bahrain team won against Kyrgyzstan 2-0, and the day after tomorrow the Philippine national team will meet at the end of its current internal camp.

It also tied with Turkmenistan 1-1, in the international friendly match that was held at the Dubai Police Officers Club Stadium, while it lost the first friendly match to its Kuwaiti brother 1-3, within the camp that it held in Dubai last week.
