For the sixth time in its history, Al-Quwa Al-Jawiya won the Iraq Cup

Al-Quwa Al-Jawiya Club was crowned the Iraq Cup title for the sixth time in its history, after defeating Erbil 1/0 in the final match of the tournament, which was hosted by Al-Shaab International Stadium.

The goal for Al-Quwa Al-Jawiya was scored by Muhannad Abdel-Rahim in the 30th minute of the first half.

Erbil qualified for the final after defeating Al-Hedoud 1-0 in the semi-final matches of the tournament, while Al-Quwa Al-Jawiya qualified after defeating Al-Karkh 3-1.

Al-Quwa Al-Jawiya won the Iraq Cup last time in the 2020/2021 season, after defeating Al-Zawraa by penalty kicks 4/2 after the matches ended in a goalless draw.
